Meet Our Coaches

Krosbie Bohn
Assistant Club Director
13 Black Head Coach

Krosbie, who most people know as Coach Bohn, is 29 years old and happily married to her husband, Brayden for five years. Together they share life with their Mini Australian Shepherd, Millie.

Volleyball has been a part of her life for more than 2 decades. She played for 10 years, including collegially at Missouri Valley College, and has now spent the last 12 years coaching with Southland Aces and at the high school and college levels.  Throughout her coaching journey, she has had the opportunity to coach at AvilaUniversity as an assistant and continues to invest in helping athletes grow in confidence, character, leadership, and their love for the game.  For her, success isn't measured only by wins - it's measured by the impact she leaves on the players she coaches.  She is dedicated to developing athletes and building strong relationships through volleyball.

By day, Krosbie works in the construction industry, and outside of work, she is the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Lone Jack High School and the Assistant Club Director for the Southland Aces Volleyball Club

When she's not in the gym, you'll find her dirt track racing with her husband, traveling, spending time with her nephew, or making memories with family and friends.

Krosbie believes in working hard, leading with purpose, and investing in people both on and off the court.  Her goal is to leave every athlete better than she found them - not just as volleyball players, but as confident, resilient people prepared for life beyond the game.
